How do I order?

Quick Summary: First choose the product you are looking for by browsing our various categories. Then after you find the product you like, choose the options you need and then click the ADD TO CART button. Then go to the checkout, purchase the product, and give us design instructions or upload your artwork file. We will then send you the proof for approval before we start printing.

At what point in the process should I upload my art?

You can submit your artwork at any time during the order process using our convenient Art Upload link. To ensure a smooth process, please include your contact information and use the same company name as the one associated with your order. Upon receiving your order, we will require your artwork to proceed.

If you opt for our design services, you will receive a link to a design brief after your order has been placed and transferred to our design department. This design brief allows you to supply graphic elements and text for your display design, ensuring a seamless and professional result.

How long will it take to design my booth or proof my art?

If you are uploading print-ready art, we ask for (1) full business day to proof. If new artwork is uploaded after the initial proof then we may need an additional business day. If you want us to help with the design of your display artwork, we typically ask for up to 7 business days from when we receive working files such as images, logos, and text. We offer 2 revisions within the 7-day timeframe and any revisions beyond the initial 2 may add two additional business days per revision.

Where do I upload my art?

Please use our Art Upload link to complete your upload.

If you placed your order without artwork, please upload your artwork file in .tif or .jpg at 120 dpi to Dropbox.com, WeTransfer.com, or Drive.google.com and email the direct downloadable link to   sales@soondisplay.com   Proceed to upload the required artwork. If your artwork has not been uploaded within 30 days of payment, your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded.

Can I pay after I receive my order?

No, for the custom printing industry, the products hold value only for the customer who ordered them once we finish custom printing, also shipping cost is not refundable.

How is the production time calculated?

The production time starts when we receive both your Proof Approval and Payment.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Turnaround time depends upon the product. You can find the turnaround time for each product on the particular product page within the product options section that says “Printing Turnaround.”

Ground Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note: Printing and shipping turnaround time does not start until we receive your order, payment, and artwork approval.

Will I receive an artwork proof?

You will receive a FREE digital proof just by selecting the “Free Digital Proof” option on the product page. We will always send you a digital proof of your final artwork approval before printing.

Will the guidelines print?

No, these are purely for your reference. The dotted lines in your preview will not be printed on your display.

Which artwork formats do you accept?

PDF, AI, TIFF & JPEG are all accepted.

Can I edit/change my order?

Most orders enter production and ship within 24 hours, so please contact us immediately. No changes can be made once an order has shipped. Once artwork has been approved, we will begin production immediately;

therefore, edits to the artwork cannot be made.

May I have tracking for my order?

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be updated in your account. You will also receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number. If you cannot find your e-mail notification, please check your spam folder, as it is an automated email and may be subject to your e-mail client's spam filter.

How can I download templates and designs by myself?

We have artwork templates for each product on the specific product page in the “Templates & Instructions” section. You can open these templates in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop to create the artwork.
