These shipping speeds are estimates only. Delivery time will depend upon a combination of factors including the time the order was placed, the shipping method specified, and the destination of the order.
FedEx, UPS, or DHL is our default carrier, and Soondisplay will ship your package anywhere in the world as long as FedEx, UPS, or DHL visits your country. We have shipped trade show exhibits and accessories to several different locations.
Our online store is plugged directly into FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and will capture live rates based on the product you choose. Feel free to use our online store to calculate live shipping rates to your location by adding a trade show display to your shopping cart and entering your postal code.
Upon checkout, you will be prompted to enter your Zip Code to calculate the shipping cost for your entire order. The cost for shipping is determined by the following:
The destination of your order
The total weight
Your specified shipping method
Once a shipment has left our facility, Soondisplay will not be liable for rerouting a shipment to any address other than the one provided at the time of shipment. Soondisplay will not be responsible for any fees for rerouting or redirecting due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase/payment.
Our shopping cart calculates the cost of freight, but not the cost of applicable brokerage fees, duties, and taxes associated with crossing the border. About Shipping FOB:
Unless otherwise stated, all orders placed with Soondisplay will ship Free On Board (F.O.B.) from either our shipping dock or one of our supplier's shipping docks. Soondisplay is not responsible for delays or damage caused by a third-party shipping carrier.
Once a shipment is in the possession of a third-party shipper and the appropriate tracking information has been provided to the client, it is then the responsibility of the client to monitor that shipment and delivery. Soondisplay does not monitor all shipments once they have left our shipping dock or our supplier's shipping docks.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a Shipment Notification e-mail. This Shipment Notification e-mail will include a list of the products in the shipment, the shipment destination, your specified shipping method, and your tracking number.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available from FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Approval & Payment
The production time and shipping time will start from the day we receive both your proof Approval and order payment.
Production Time
In addition to the shipping time, Production Time is the time we need to customize and assemble the product for you. Depending on the products and production speed you choose, it takes 1-7 business days.
Each trade show display or accessory we offer has a different turnaround time, and the turnaround times are displayed on the product pages. Most of our exhibits can ship within 3 - 5 days, but large custom displays may take as many as 10 business days to produce. We never charge rush charges or handling fees, and there are never any hidden costs associated with shipping.
